These past few days, I’ve been struggling a lot. I’ve been leaning on the Lord a lot more for comfort and for His supernatural peace and joy. He has been slowly opening up my eyes to see my sins and has been shattering my pride like no other. It’s so weird; I’ve never felt anything like this before. God has been placing a godly sorrow in my heart. But I love it because it makes me realize how much I need God and how desperate I am for Him. I’m seriously such a messed up person without Jesus. And to know that there’s someone out there who is so crazy in love with me even though He knows the depth of my heart… It’s so insane.
“For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.” 2 Corinthians 7:10
